At Mental Harbor, we understand that every healing process is unique. Therefore, we offer flexible programs that are individually tailored to the needs of each patient. Before the start of the stay, we conduct extensive interviews with our patients to decide together how long the stay should be. Typically, the length of stay varies between four and eight weeks, depending on the patient’s specific needs and goals.
We place great emphasis on a structured and balanced daily schedule that optimally supports the healing process of our patients.
The day begins with a morning meditation or yoga session to prepare the body and mind for the day. This is followed by individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of the patients. Art therapy, movement and sports therapy, and other forms of creative expression are also an integral part of our daily routine.
In the afternoons, we offer workshops and seminars on various topics that promote awareness and understanding of mental health. Leisure activities, such as hiking, boat trips, or horseback riding, are integrated into the daily structure to ensure a balance between therapeutic work and relaxation. In the evenings, patients have the opportunity to participate in reflective discussions or other relaxation techniques before ending the day in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
For those who simply need a break and want to unwind in a supportive environment, we also offer stays. These programs are designed to reduce stress and promote general well-being without the emphasis on intensive therapeutic sessions.
